Group Coaching & Facilitation

Together, my experience in delivering in these areas, combined with a thorough discovery process, we can create and deliver sessions that are tailored to meet your needs. Special care and attention is paid to clearly defining the outcomes desired and, providing a space for your teams, that assures openness, and the psychological safety that individuals require, for a successful session.

My Approach
Discovery
Prior to arranging and scheduling coach sessions, a complimentary 30 minute discover call should be booked, using the on-line scheduling tool. During that call you will have the opportunity to discuss your objectives or those of your team members that will engage in and benefit from coaching. This provides the client an opportunity to get to know their coach and determine if this will be a good fit for them. The discovery call will also cover the terms of the coach sessions including our confidentiality and code of ethics agreement, the beginning session package size and preferred session frequency. This is an important part of our process and sets up the client’s coaching experience to be one that leaves them feeling on track and empowered. Sessions
Session Packages are prearranged and begin with 3 sessions and up. Additional sessions can be added at any time* The frequency of sessions, will be discussed during our discovery call and can be adjusted as required, once the sessions begin. During these confidential sessions, clients will direct the dialogue and determine the direction while their coach provides the space to explore and assist in unleashing the creativity and talents that lead to the outcomes and objectives the client desires.
Support
At the close of each session, the client and coach will complete a check-in on a number of points from the session, some discussion on steps that will occur beyond the session, and a review of resources that may be required and are available to the client. In addition, from time to time the client may be offered other tools reading material or other resource material by their coach at no charge. Any access to the coach between sessions can be scheduled using the on-line scheduling tool.
*Sessions are booked using our online scheduling tool. Session availability is variable, and all open time slots are visible, when using the scheduler.
