With more than 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies in the retail, healthcare, and consumer electronics sectors and owning my own business, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that these industries present. Throughout my career I have helped professionals achieve their goals and make meaningful contributions to their organizations. This is the space, I have enjoyed most.

I have been fortunate enough to lead teams and work with highly talented people. Together we exceeded sales and profit targets year after year, successfully delivered top year over year growth and significant process improvements in all business segments. I also started and operated my own business. A business that quickly established a reputation in the market, for providing exceptional customer service in residential and commercial circles, and I became keynote speaker for local business groups and industry associations on business topics ranging from: Building Teams and Delivering an exceptional Customer Experience to Business Development and Consumer Finance.

Through these experiences, my enthusiasm for coaching and being in a position to facilitate learning and development became crystal clear.
